Through intensive pre-construction planning (13 weeks) and a highly coordinated execution strategy, KalPurna Building delivered a complete transformation of a 16,750 sq ft commercial office space — from initial mobilization to full occupancy in just 7.5 weeks.
The scope involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the space, including major layout reconfiguration, infrastructure upgrades, and a full aesthetic overhaul. The level of work required precise coordination across multiple trades operating simultaneously under a compressed timeline.
