Our client came to us with a beautifully structured 4,100 sq. ft. colonial home, originally built in the 1920s, that was ready for a full transformation. While the home had strong character and bones, it was outdated throughout and required a comprehensive reimagining.

Because the client remained living in the home, the project was approached in carefully planned phases over the course of five years. With intentional pacing, periods of pause, and ongoing reorganization, we worked closely with the client to move at a pace that aligned with their lifestyle and needs. 

Over time, every space in the home was thoughtfully renovated. This included a full exterior transformation, a completely redesigned kitchen, updated den and sitting room, a refined primary bedroom and bathroom, reworked entryway and hallway, and the conversion of the upper level into a fully functional Airbnb suite complete with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette.

The result is a cohesive, modernized home that honors its original character while fully supporting the way the client lives today.
